Teams may Transfer players starting Jan 15th for ages U13 and older.
The Transfer Window will be as follows:
U13 = Jan 15th until Feb 13th
President Cup - U14 and older = Jan 15th until March 19th
National Cup - U14 through U18 = Jan 15th until Apr 2nd
U19 = Jan 15th until May 14th
No Transfers are allowed between U11 and U12 Qualifying teams.
